1. Controller and contact
Nexora Campus Tech Academy acts as the data controller for personal data collected through birclav.digital. For privacy requests, including access or deletion where applicable, email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy request” and describe your relationship to us (prospect, learner, alumni). We respond within a reasonable period consistent with Korean personal information protection requirements and operational capacity.
2. Categories of data we collect
We collect identifiers such as name, email address, and phone number when you submit forms. Technical data includes IP address, browser type, device category, and coarse location derived from network information. If you book a consultation, we may store notes you provide about your background. Cookie-related data is described in the Cookie Policy. We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories unless you voluntarily include them in a message, in which case we use them only to respond.
3. Retention
Lead information is retained for up to twenty-four months unless you ask us to delete it sooner or you become an enrolled learner. Enrolled learner records follow our academic records schedule and applicable law. Logs with security relevance may be kept in a minimized form for a limited period. When retention ends, we delete or irreversibly anonymize data where feasible.
4. Purposes of processing
We use data to respond to inquiries, operate cohorts, improve course clarity, send operational notices, and measure aggregate site performance. Marketing messages are sent only where consent or soft opt-in rules allow. We do not sell personal data. Analytics may use aggregated or pseudonymous statistics that do not identify individuals in reports.
5. Scope and children
This policy covers processing related to our training programs and website. Services offered by partner employers have their own notices when you engage them directly. The site is aimed at adults and career changers; we do not market to children. If you believe a minor submitted data, contact us and we will delete it unless a legal exception applies.
