1. How to request a withdrawal or refund
Email [email protected] from the address used at enrollment with your full name, cohort name, and reason for the request. Our admissions desk issues an acknowledgment within one business day in most cases. If you paid through a third-party processor, refunds may route through that channel after we approve eligibility.
2. Non-refundable and partial cases
Certification exam fees paid directly to external vendors are not refundable by Nexora once submitted on your behalf. Printed materials shipped to you may incur a deduction for shipping if returned opened. Custom enterprise workshops invoiced separately follow the written statement of work for each engagement.
3. Cooling-off and processing time
Where Korean law grants a cooling-off period for distance contracts, we honor the statutory window from the date you received contract terms in a durable medium, unless an exception applies because performance began with your express request before the period ended. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days in typical cases, subject to banking holidays.
4. Escalation
If you disagree with an outcome, reply to your ticket thread and request review by the program director. We document decisions so you have a clear record. Consumer guidance is also available through Korea Consumer Agency channels for eligible matters.
5. Eligibility overview
Eligibility depends on how much of the cohort has been delivered, whether digital assets were accessed beyond preview modules, and whether any misconduct triggered suspension. Good-faith partial refunds may be offered when neither party is at fault but continuing is impractical, such as relocation with documented evidence.
