1. What these terms cover
These General Terms describe how Nexora Campus Tech Academy provides its training programs, learning materials, and related services through birclav.digital. They apply when you browse the site, request information, register for a cohort, or interact with our admissions and student success teams. We write in plain language so you can see responsibilities on both sides. If anything here conflicts with a written enrollment agreement you sign later, the signed agreement controls for that enrollment only.
2. Ending access or enrollment
You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or end access to digital resources if we detect misuse, harassment of staff or peers, or attempts to compromise our systems. For paid programs, withdrawal timelines and any partial access after withdrawal follow the Returns & Refunds policy and your enrollment addendum. Where Korean consumer rules apply, statutory rights are not reduced by this section.
3. What we expect from you
You agree to provide accurate contact details, keep login credentials private, and use lab environments only for assigned coursework. Recording of live sessions requires facilitator permission. You will not scrape the site, resell course materials, or misrepresent affiliation with Nexora Campus Tech Academy. Group work should respect classmates and school data handling norms taught in the curriculum.
4. Governing law and disputes
For consumers habitually resident in the Republic of Korea, mandatory provisions of the Framework Act on Consumers, Act on Fair Labeling and Advertising, and related statutes remain in effect. Venue and procedure for disputes follow applicable Korean civil procedure rules unless a separate arbitration clause is agreed in writing for enterprise cohorts. 5. Acceptance and updates
By using the site or submitting a form, you acknowledge that you have read these terms. We may update this page to reflect new offerings or legal requirements; the last updated date at the top will change when we do. Material changes to paid offerings will be communicated to enrolled participants by email where practicable. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for new interactions.
