Overview

AV emergencies interrupt instruction. You learn a calm sequence: verify source, cable path, input memory, and thermal shutdown patterns. Labs include ceiling-mounted and portable setups with safe ladder policies reviewed by our safety lead.

What is included

  • Signal path sketching on glass boards
  • Thermal pause indicators and cooldown scripts
  • Microphone pass-through checks for hybrid rooms
  • Laser safety reminders for sealed projector paths
  • Teacher-facing one-page quick fixes
  • Post-incident recap format for leadership

Outcomes

  • Stabilize a classroom in under ten minutes for common cases
  • Leave a readable recap for facilities when hardware fails
  • Coach a teacher through input switching without touching their device
